All system and manual events, are linked to the relevant rows of process documents (textual description of stakeholders’ scope of responsibilities within this particular project)

Automated notifications symbols are linked to the email templates texts, which are used used within the associated automation rules or post-function generic events. Dynamic fields are used to populate current user´s name in the signature, etc.

Artifacts elements on the diagram are linked to relevant templates - either Confluence pages (e.g., vacancy text templates) or ProForma forms with dynamic fields based on conditional logic (e.g., new role requisition form)
