| DurationSecond sub-process within recruitment process: applications submitted by candidates are pre-screened by HR, successful ones are transferred to the next status and show up on the Kanban board for this specific recruitment project. Team assigned to this project takes on from here and screens candidates CVs, invites for interviews, communicates feedback, makes hiring decision, requests job offer to be generated and sent to successful candidates, follows up on candidate’s response. Once offer is accepted, the next stage - signing documents and initial onboarding - kicks off. |
